About Koga Miyata

Koga Miyata is a famed Dutch bicycle company… that is actually a partnership with a much more famous Japanese company, Miyata Industries. Koga Miyata started with the use of Japanese components and frames in the 1970s whilst the design and assemblage of the bicycles was done by hand in the Netherlands. At first Koga Miyata only produced racing bicycles and found major success in the IJsboerke, Capri Sonne and Tulip teams in the 1980s- 1990s.

Founded in Japan in 1890 Miyata was initially an arms company but subsequently became one the most famed bicycle brands in the world. Miyata pioneered triple butting and revolutionized frame building techniques. So confident in the quality of their products Miyata frames are guaranteed for life.

Unsure about your creative gifts?
Format: Paperback
Creativity usually isn't a gift recognized within most churches and, consequently, anyone wanting to use their gifts within that context face discouragement and isolation. Janice Elsheimer recognizes this struggle in her book, The Creative Call: An Artist's Response to the Way of the Spirit. A book applicable to individual or group study, she walks readers simple steps to reclaim that creative spirit. Using practical applications, examples from her own life and exercises within the book, the reader is able to work through stumbling blocks that may inhibit their own growth and, probably most importantly, given permission and affirmation that indeed, their gifts are important and have a place within the modern church.

We LOVED this book!
Format: Paperback
I got a small group together to read and do the exercises in the book. We LOVED the book! I could re-read it every year for the rest of my life, and probably will. Our group have made a lot of changes in our individual art practices, such as seeing it as sacred time between us and God, and putting it ahead of chores. Setting limits with family is still difficult, as we see our ministry to our family to be just as important, but we have made, as a whole, a lot of progress thanks to Janice!

Protect your legacy
Format: Kindle
This book is a gem if you want to learn strategies to protect your business assets from the risks of lawsuits, creditors, and financial write-offs. The book motivates you to learn strategies to take care of your assets in your business and thus have peace of mind that your legacy is protected for future generations of your family. I liked this reading, in addition to learning something new, I did not feel overwhelmed with so many legal terms as in other books, the author has a way of explaining the terms in a clear and simple way and includes practical examples so that one understands it better. It explains how asset protection works, if your business faces legal action it protects your personal assets from being affected and they can be protected by being separated by trusts. It also helps you reduce taxes, give stability to your business and protect your legacy. If you are a business owner, it does not matter if it is large or small, I recommend that you read this book, you will learn a lot, such as the types of trust that exist and which one is appropriate according to your needs and it will serve as a guide to make a protection plan for your assets.
